📋 Description

• Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently from entry through fulfillment • Verify order details, product availability, inventory allocation, and shipping requirements • Monitor order status and proactively resolve discrepancies, delays, and fulfillment challenges • Coordinate shipments and deliveries with warehouse teams, logistics partners, and transportation providers • Communicate order updates, delivery timelines, and potential issues to customers and internal teams • Manage customer returns, shipping claims, and order-related issues through resolution • Partner with Sales, Procurement, and Finance to address inventory availability, credit holds, and other order-related needs • Maintain accurate order information and documentation in NetSuite and other company systems • Identify opportunities to improve order accuracy, operational efficiency, and the overall customer experience

🎯 Requirements

• At least two years of experience in order management, customer service, sales support, logistics, distribution, or a related field • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities • Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and ability to work effectively across teams • Familiarity with order fulfillment, inventory management, and supply chain processes • Experience using ERP or order management systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office • Experience with NetSuite or a similar ERP system (preferred) • Background in wholesale distribution, solar, renewable energy, or a related industry (preferred) • Experience coordinating shipments, managing returns, or resolving customer claims (preferred)
