• Engage directly with our customers – over 11,000 Financial Professionals across the country • Provide administrative and sales support activities for Osaic Institutions clients • Perform variety of operational and transactional activities through phone and processing • Respond to Investment executive and client needs, concerns, and questions • Assist in the account opening process and maintain electronic client files • Ensure accuracy of execution and timeliness with respect to market deadlines • Suggest and implement new policies and procedures based on business and regulatory changes
• Bachelor’s degree preferred • High school diploma (or equivalent) in combination with significant experience will be considered in lieu of degree • Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent required • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Client service oriented • Ability to quickly learn and apply new information • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously • Detail-oriented • Excellent organizational skills • Ability to work independently • Excellent problem-solving skills • Time management skills • FINRA Series 7 License preferred • Prior customer service experience preferred • Financial services experience preferred
