📋 Description

• Deliver quality care to patients on Oscar's platforms via phone and video • Serve as a supervising physician to Advanced Practice Providers • Provide direct oversight and supervision of nurse practitioners and physician assistants within state-by-state regulations • Provide medical care virtually by phone, video, and message in alignment with Oscar Medical Group guidelines, practices, and policies • Collaborate with MAs, RNs, and other providers across service lines • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations • Perform other duties as assigned • Report to the Director, Virtual Health Assessment

🎯 Requirements

• Board-certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine • MD or DO from an accredited medical school • Fluency in Spanish determined by proctored assessment • 3+ years experience in an outpatient family or internal medicine practice • Licensed in a minimum of 2 core Oscar States • Must have TN License • Must have one of TX or FL licenses • Active IMLCC or eligible to apply • Willingness to be licensed in additional states with Oscar's assistance, working with the licensing vendor • Experience with value based care documentation standards
