âą 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare âą 10+ years of experience in managed care with prior experience leading in a matrix environment âą 7+ years of clinical leadership experience in the role-specific market âą 7+ years of experience managing clinical market trends in health insurance or full-risk-bearing clinical provider groups âą 5+ years of clinical practice âą Board certification in internal medicine, family medicine, general surgery, or emergency medicine; other fields will be considered âą 5+ years of experience leading teams âą MD or DO with a current unrestricted license to practice medicine required in a state in the region (GA, NC, SC, NJ, NY, PA, VA) âą Must maintain necessary credentials, including active board certification âą Willing and able to obtain additional state licensure âą Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
