📋 Description

• Provide medical care virtually by phone and message • Provide patient care according to Oscar Medical Group guidelines, practices, and policies • Focus on efficient, high-quality care delivery • Ensure patient access to Virtual Urgent Care services • Collaborate with MAs, RNs, and other providers across service lines • Re-imagine diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up for members virtually • Report to the Medical Director, Virtual Urgent Care • Work a 5x8 schedule from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., with a weekend shift every four weeks

🎯 Requirements

• NP or PA Degree from accredited program • Board Certification • Full practice licensure in at least 3 of Florida, Texas, Ohio, New Jersey, and Georgia • Willingness to be licensed in additional states with assistance from the licensing vendor • 3+ years experience in urgent care, ER, or outpatient family medicine practice • 2+ years of telehealth experience • Must reside in Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, Michigan, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas, or Virginia • Spanish fluency is a bonus point
