📋 Description

• Deliver quality care to patients on Oscar's platforms via phone and video • Serve as a supervising physician to Advanced Practice Providers • Provide direct oversight and supervision of nurse practitioners and physician assistants according to state regulations • Provide virtual medical care by phone, video, and message in alignment with Oscar Medical Group guidelines, practices, and policies • Collaborate with MAs, RNs, and other providers across service lines • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations • Report to the Director, Virtual Health Assessment • Work two 10-hour shifts from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM ET, including a lunch break from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM • Travel occasionally for team meetings and company events

🎯 Requirements

• Board-certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine • MD or DO from an accredited medical school • Fluency in Spanish determined by proctored assessment • 3+ years experience in an outpatient family or internal medicine practice • Licensed in a minimum of 2 core Oscar States • Must have TN License and one of TX or FL licenses • Active IMLCC or eligible to apply • Willingness to be licensed in additional states with Oscar's assistance • Experience with value based care documentation standards • Must reside in Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, Michigan, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas, or Virginia
