📋 Description

• Manage the Service Provider Network and grow and align it with the International Growth Strategy • Strategically position service provider coverage globally to increase operational fleet readiness for foreign and domestic customers • Plan, lead, and execute medium to large-scale projects from initiation through closeout • Identify, select, and onboard service providers based on project scope, contractual requirements, success criteria, and deliverables • Solicit and negotiate rates and costs with potential and existing service providers • Perform audits, provide feedback, and identify and resolve issues, risks, and conflicts • Implement corrective actions when performance deviates from plan • Validate deliverables and outcomes at project closure • Lead and brief cross-functional teams across Warranty, Contracts, Subcontracts, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, IT, and Finance • Serve as primary liaison for customers and service providers • Facilitate communication among internal teams, suppliers, customers, and executive stakeholders • Prepare and deliver status updates, reports, and briefings, including to government customers • Monitor progress using scorecards, KPIs, earned value metrics, dashboards, and tracking tools • Maintain project documentation including schedules, risk registers, status reports, issue logs, and performance summaries • Ensure compliance with internal policies, quality standards, and applicable regulations • Support audits and manage scope change requests with contracts and legal teams • Identify and mitigate project risks; manage scope changes and change control procedures • Monitor adherence to quality and technical requirements • Drive process improvements using Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies • Support proposal development and cost estimation • Monitor junior team members and contribute to PMO tools, templates, and best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and three (3) or more years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience • Ability to travel up to 15% • Understanding of foreign trade regulations, legal frameworks, and compliance standards for labor laws, importing and exporting goods • Familiarity in automotive or military vehicle maintenance service activities • Experience with data analytics, reports, charts, spreadsheets, and dashboards • Compliance knowledge including ISO, IATF 16949, FAR/DFARS • PMP or CAPM certification • Experience in government or defense contracting • Proficiency with Smartsheet, Primavera P6, Jira, Confluence, Atlassian tools, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office Suite, and SharePoint • Strong Excel skills including pivot tables, macros, and VBA • Reporting experience with Power BI or Tableau • Knowledge of E1 and/or ERP systems • Understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, or CMMI frameworks • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complete project lifecycles • Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies • Excellent communication, time management, organizational, leadership, and conflict resolution skills • Ability to travel as needed • Applicants for certain positions may need to be U.S. Persons under ITAR/EAR regulations
