📋 Description

• Lead Osigu’s global financial planning and analysis process across its five LATAM markets • Provide strategic insights to support executive team decision-making • Develop and manage annual budgets, periodic forecasts, and long-term plans • Lead variance analysis between actual and budgeted results and present recommendations to the CFO and executive team • Oversee financial models for strategic initiatives, investments, expansion, and M&A decisions • Manage monthly, quarterly, and board consolidated financial reporting • Collaborate with Sales, Product, CX, Technology, and People to align financial strategies with operational goals • Lead and develop the FP&A Analyst team • Lead the implementation of Runway as the primary FP&A tool, replacing Excel for driver-based modeling and forecast management • Ensure two-way Odoo–Runway integration for real-time accounting actuals, headcount planning, and collections forecasting • Co-lead the redesign of the ERP Chart of Accounts to enable P&L visibility by market and product • Oversee variance narratives and Board Pack drafts using AI tools • Continuously monitor forecast accuracy • Lead the structuring, execution, monitoring, submission, and support of debt and fundraising due diligence • Report to the CFO and serve as the primary financial liaison for the business functions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field • At least 5 years of experience in FP&A or financial planning, including at least 2 years in leadership roles • Experience in technology, fintech, or fast-growing startups in LATAM • B2–C1 English proficiency / advanced English • Advanced financial modeling skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis in Excel and BI tools • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, and Google Sheets for executive dashboards • Experience with ERP systems such as Odoo, SAP, or Oracle • Knowledge of IFRS/GAAP and LATAM financial regulatory frameworks • Experience using AI to automate financial models and data analysis • Strategic mindset with the ability to connect financial data to business objectives • Clear executive communication skills for non-financial audiences • Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills, with a results-oriented approach • MBA or CPA/CFA preferred • Experience in healthtech or fintech in LATAM, SaaS metrics, CPA/CFA certification, and due diligence or M&A experience are nice to have
