• Responsible for driving sales growth of Össur Bracing & Supports within the hospital market. • Report directly to the Hospital Channel Manager and serve as a key leader in executing national and regional growth strategies across health systems. • Actively engage hospital medical professionals, clinical decision-makers, and materials management to drive adoption of Össur orthopedic products and achieve defined sales targets. • Develop and execute effective sales strategies, build and maintain relationships across clinical and administrative stakeholders, and identify opportunities to grow the core customer base.
• Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in a life science or business discipline. • Minimum 4+ years in direct field sales, preferably in medical products. • Prior experience selling O&P, Physical Therapy or Orthopedic products highly desirable. • Strong oral and written communications skills. • Strong organizational, analytical, task and time management skills. • Ability to travel 50%
