📋 Description

• Calculate and enter overall and university-specific GPAs • Determine whether GPA criteria are met and confirm receipt of transcripts • Evaluate transcript authenticity and interpret international and domestic educational systems • Apply resources to evaluate program prerequisites, academic calendars, transfer credit, grading systems, and degree requirements • Update checklists and enter calculated GPAs in the Student Information System (SIS) • Advise prospective applicants on courses needed to fulfill prerequisites • Confirm completion of prerequisites • Review and respond to incoming internal and external questions and resolve escalated procedural questions • Connect standardized test scores and other materials to applicant records • Apply final transcript requirements to applicant records • Assist with documentation, job aids, quality control, process reviews, and efficiency improvements • Cross-train in Graduate and Professional Admissions functions • Meet or exceed expected production volumes while maintaining quality • Complete ad-hoc web research, Excel/database data entry, general office work, and guide/documentation updates

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience • Flexibility to work schedule during peak seasons • Final candidates subject to successful completion of a background check • A drug screen or physical may be required during the post-offer process
