📋 Description

• Acquire, manage, and analyze translational research data for the Duarte Laboratory • Develop and complete research projects leveraging data from the Ohio Genomic Health Program and the Helix Research Network • Assist with ongoing Duarte Lab research projects and publication of results • Assist with teaching and training pharmacy and research trainees at all levels • Mentor trainees • Disseminate the lab’s research findings

🎯 Requirements

• PhD in genetics, pharmaceutical sciences, other biomedical science, or a related field • Experience analyzing large genomic datasets, including publicly available resources such as UK Biobank and All of Us • Experience with grant writing and manuscript writing in biomedical and/or pharmaceutical sciences (desired) • Experience in precision medicine clinical implementation (desired) • Application must include a cover letter, Curriculum Vita (CV), Statement of Research, and Statement of Teaching and Mentoring • Final candidates must successfully complete a background check • Additional college- or unit-specific requirements may include drug and health screenings and faculty misconduct checks • Finalists for faculty positions carrying tenure must sign an authorization and disclosure form regarding employment-related misconduct and disciplinary proceedings
