📋 Description

• Oversee coordination of activities on multiple new equipment installation projects • Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with technical, safety, regulatory, and customer requirements • Coordinate contract activities from project award through completion • Review project progress and ensure contract documents match project scope • Communicate with general contractors, owners, building managers, architects, designers, state and local authorities, and regulatory agencies regarding design, preparation, and installation scheduling • Collaborate with internal sales staff, superintendents, and senior leadership • Manage billing and consultant and contractor payments • Process RFIs and optimize change order opportunities • Maximize project cash coverage • Interpret construction contracts and modifications to determine change costs • Analyze situations and help develop estimate contingencies

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of elevator industry project management and/or construction experience desired • Familiarity with cost estimating, scheduling, and contract administration • Ability to read and review architectural and structural drawings • Team-oriented and adaptable in dynamic settings • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Self-motivated and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously • Proficient in Microsoft software within technical environments • Strong leadership, time management, and organizational skills • High school diploma or equivalent required • Ability to travel up to 25% • Must not require H-1B or TN sponsorship
