📋 Description

• Achieve individual sales targets for Rejoyn by developing and executing strategic account plans • Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders across healthcare institutions • Effectively communicate the clinical, operational, and economic value of Rejoyn • Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned accounts • Partner with customers and internal operations teams for onboarding and integration • Work with internal teams to align on customer needs and ensure compliant execution • Capture and communicate field insights on customer needs and product experience • Collaborate with the Market Access team for reimbursement and sustainable business models

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field • 8+ years of progressive experience in healthcare sales (pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or digital health) • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding individual sales goals • Highly motivated self-starter with an entrepreneurial approach • Demonstrated success engaging health systems and organized customers • Proven ability to lead complex value-based discussions • Strong understanding of the US healthcare landscape, including health systems and HCPs • Strong emotional intelligence, relationship building, communication, and organizational skills • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills • Candidates must be adaptable, results-oriented, and committed to compliance with all healthcare regulations. • Willingness to travel for strategic B2B partnerships and educational programs (50-70% travel expected)
