📋 Description

• Ensures effective execution of sales strategies and operational processes • Drives alignment and efficiency across the assigned therapeutic area • Provides support across multiple regions for a broad operational perspective • Oversees speaker programs, coaching platforms, and SEP budgets • Plans and facilitates regional meetings and collaborates with stakeholders • Resolves challenges related to market access pull-through and tool deployment • Coordinates coaching programs and addresses capability gaps

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred • Minimum of 10 years of pharmaceutical sales experience • Strong understanding of sales force operations and execution • Prior experience in field leadership roles such as first or second line leadership • Strong background in business operations, sales support, and resource management within a commercial pharmaceutical organization • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
