📋 Description

• Serve as a strategic thought partner to Brand, Medical, and Commercial leadership • Contribute to customer engagement strategy and plans informed by customer insights and analytics • Translate business objectives into data-driven, scalable omnichannel customer engagement strategies • Influence senior stakeholders using customer needs, market trends, and commercial opportunities • Lead development of customer engagement strategies aligned with brand objectives, customer journeys, and key moments • Design and execute integrated customer experiences across personal and non-personal channels • Apply pharmaceutical marketing, digital engagement, CRM, and customer experience design expertise • Define measurement frameworks to evaluate and optimize engagement performance, business impact, and customer behavior change • Lead cross-functional initiatives across Brand, Medical, Analytics, Technology, and Omnichannel teams • Identify risks, remove barriers, and drive adoption of new capabilities, processes, and ways of working • Lead initiatives from concept through implementation while ensuring stakeholder alignment and delivery • Foster partnerships and collaboration across internal and external stakeholders • Model Otsuka’s ASPIRE competencies and maintain a continuous learning mindset

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, omnichannel strategy, digital marketing, commercial operations, consulting, or related fields • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams within complex matrix organizations • Experience with AI-enabled targeting, decision engines, customer orchestration, or advanced customer engagement approaches • Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulatory, legal, and medical review processes • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills • Pharmaceutical brand marketing experience preferred • Launch/pre-launch commercialization experience • Experience designing operating models, transformation initiatives, or enterprise customer engagement frameworks • Specialty or rare disease experience • MBA or equivalent business experience preferred
