β’ MD/DO, PharmD or PhD in life sciences required β’ Understanding of the interconnectivity of health systems β’ Minimum 2 years relevant experience in pharmaceutical industry Medical Affairs or comparable clinical or research experience required β’ Previous training or experience in CNS disease is preferred β’ Strong business acumen β’ Excellent communication and collaboration skills β’ Strong conflict resolution skills β’ Ability to lead others and project teams strategically β’ Strong understanding of industry legal, regulatory, and compliance landscape
