📋 Description
• Prepare and submit professional claims • Correct routine claim errors and rejections • Work assigned billing and follow-up queues in Epic • Apply foundational knowledge of CPT, ICD-10-CM, modifiers, and payer rules • Meet productivity, quality, and timeliness standards • Perform other duties as assigned
🎯 Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED required • Level 1: At least 1 year of medical insurance experience • Level 2: At least 3 years of professional billing experience required • Level 2: CPB required within 1 year of hire date • Foundational knowledge of CPT, ICD-10-CM, modifiers, and payer rules • Experience with follow-up and denials is ideal • Ability to meet productivity, quality, and timeliness standards • Candidates must reside and work full-time in AR, KS, MO, OK, or TX before their first day of employment • Level 1: No certification/license/registration required
