📋 Description

• Own lender and private equity request queues end to end, including intake, assignment, deadlines, drafting, review and release • Prepare lender and sponsor DDQ responses, follow-up question lists, investment committee materials and board reporting inputs • Produce recurring lender reporting packages, including monthly financials, rolling 13-week cash flow forecasts, variance analysis, compliance certificates and covenant calculations • Assemble data rooms and underwriting packages for refinancings, amendments, letters of credit and other credit facilities • Act as day-to-day finance contact for sponsor deal teams, lenders and advisors • Read and apply credit agreement definitions, reporting deadlines, cure periods and draw conditions • Run integrated EBITDA-to-cash-flow models covering 18–24 months forward • Own scenario and sensitivity analyses for collections, payables, revenue growth and cost actions • Maintain model discipline through version control, change logs, version bridges and tie-out checks • Partner with Treasury on weekly cash forecasts, revolver availability and letter-of-credit capacity • Reconcile the model to actual cash monthly • Build and defend GAAP EBITDA to Adjusted and Pro Forma EBITDA bridges with auditable support for addbacks • Test addbacks against credit agreement definitions, caps and quality-of-earnings standards • Track run-rate savings and synergies against actuals • Support outside advisors and QoE providers on diligence and assist Corporate Development with deal models, valuation and post-close integration tracking • Build and maintain AI-enabled workflows for DDQ drafting, model review, file checks and recurring requests • Pull and shape data from Deltek Vantagepoint, ADP, Databricks and Power BI using SQL or equivalent tools • Convert one-off analyses into documented, repeatable Finance tools and train colleagues • Review AI-assisted work so every number is traced to source before release

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field • MBA, CPA or CFA a plus • Consulting background required: transaction advisory / financial due diligence (Big 4 or national firm), restructuring or turnaround advisory, or comparable advisory work • Investment banking or leveraged finance experience also considered • Direct experience working with private equity sponsors and banks or private credit lenders: DDQs, lender reporting, QoE and addback support, covenant calculations, refinancings or amendments • Proven track record building and running integrated three-statement and cash flow models, including 13-week cash flow forecasts • Expert-level Excel: complex model architecture, dynamic scenarios, lookups and array formulas, Power Query, and models others can audit • SQL or equivalent data skills strongly preferred • Experience with Databricks, Power BI or similar tools a plus • Demonstrated, hands-on use of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot or similar) in finance work • Ability to walk through specific AI workflows built and time saved • Working knowledge of credit agreement mechanics: EBITDA definitions and addback caps, leverage and liquidity tests, reporting covenants and cure provisions • Preferred: experience in engineering consulting, professional services or AEC; project-based accounting (WIP, unbilled, change orders); Deltek Vantagepoint • Precision under pressure • Credibility with sponsors and lenders • Ownership of requests from intake to answer • Builder’s mindset and automation ability • Clear communication of complex analysis
