📋 Description

• Partner with business teams to identify process improvements and system enhancements • Manage day-to-day support activities through ticketing (ServiceNOW) • Support business transformation initiatives through SAP SD solutions • Configure and maintain SAP SD processes including order management, pricing, billing, and shipping • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated business solutions • Analyze business processes and recommend SAP best practices • Gather and document functional business requirements • Serve as the SAP SD subject matter expert for business users • Support system testing, issue resolution, and deployment activities • Assist with user training and change management efforts • Coordinate with technical teams on enhancements and integrations • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and automate processes • Support ongoing SAP projects and continuous improvement initiatives • Support SAP migration to S/4 HANA • Contribute to business transformation initiatives, SAP modernization, Unicode conversion, and ECC-to-SAP S/4HANA migration activities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Supply Chain, or related field • 5+ years of hands-on SAP SD configuration and support experience • Strong knowledge of SAP SD processes including order management, pricing, billing, shipping, and customer master data • Experience supporting business transformation and process improvement initiatives • Experience gathering and documenting functional business requirements • Experience creating functional specifications for system enhancements and integrations • Experience supporting SAP testing, deployment, and production support activities • Ability to read and analyze ABAP code • Experience working with SAP integrations and cross-functional business processes • Knowledge of SAP best practices and process optimization methodologies • Experience supporting or participating in SAP implementation or enhancement projects • Knowledge of SAP Unicode conversion processes and related impacts • Experience participating in SAP upgrade, migration, or system conversion projects • Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA SD functionality and business process changes • Experience supporting testing and validation activities during SAP upgrades or migrations • SAP certification or S/4HANA experience preferred • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to collaborate effectively with business and technical teams • Skilled at translating business needs into functional and technical requirements • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities • Customer-focused mindset with a continuous improvement approach • Ability to influence and guide stakeholders through process changes • Strong organizational and project coordination skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Team-oriented with strong relationship-building skills • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven • Repetitive motions for computer equipment use • Ability to frequently sit, stand, talk, and hear for long periods of time • Frequently use hand to finger, handle, feel or operate objects, tools, or controls • Frequently reach with hands and arms • Walking, bending, stooping, or climbing stairs • Must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 lbs. individually • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
