📋 Description
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements • Maintain and analyze accounting records and account activity • Complete monthly balance sheet reconciliations • Review financial information for accuracy and compliance • Assist with accounting operations and process improvements • Coordinate accounting activities with other departments • Research and resolve accounting issues as needed • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information • Provide support and guidance to team members as needed
🎯 Requirements
• Working knowledge of GAAP • Experience with ERP/accounting systems (Acumatica experience a plus) • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
