📋 Description

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations • Develop individualized tapering plans grounded in hyperbolic tapering methodology • Manage ongoing patient care, including medication adjustments, symptom monitoring, and withdrawal support • Collaborate with care coordinators to ensure continuity across the patient journey • Deliver individualized tapering care to patients transitioning off psychiatric medications

🎯 Requirements

• Active PMHNP certification with licensure in California • 2 years+ of post-certification clinical experience • Tech proficient and confident in a fully remote environment • Willing to challenge and unlearn parts of clinical education • Interest in working directly alongside clinicians and researchers building deprescribing guidelines • Application is only for US-based PMHNPs and Psychiatrists • Active MD or NP license • PMHNPs must have an RN license • Must provide applicable state DEA license information
