📋 Description

• Lead the clinical excellence managers for the region. • Collaborate with the capital sales team to expand partial footprints. • Participate in new and expansion sales opportunities. • Sell clinical programs and electronic medical record (EMR) integration to support customer success. • Ensure the clinical excellence team executes routine and quality customer business reviews. • Provide in-person and/or virtual support to customers, partners, and Outset team members. • Engage in business planning, clinical, operational, and financial action planning. • Partner with key stakeholders to advance strategic priorities. • Participate in policy and procedure creation to ensure high-quality patient care. • Develop the skills of clinical excellence managers. • Drive the refresh strategy. • Lead the team through transitioning problem accounts. • Collaborate with marketing, clinical, service, and commercial teams. • Partner with Sales Effectiveness on medical-device training programs. • Meet with Field Service Managers to drive customer success, service excellence, and clear customer communication. • Manage relationships with healthcare providers, professional organizations, and regulatory agencies. • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards. • Provide leadership and guidance to the clinical excellence team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement. • Develop and implement clinical strategies to expand utilization of the company's medical devices. • Identify and implement best practices for new installations and program expansion. • Support training of the clinical excellence team for successful medical-device implementation and use. • Manage and provide feedback to external vendors. • Coach team members on career development and growth. • Serve as the clinical point of contact for customer escalations and issues. • Track and communicate team priorities, metrics, and successes. • Travel up to 75% of the time.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field. • Registered Nurse (RN). • Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Master of Business Administration (MBA). • 5+ years of nursing leadership experience in a healthcare or medical device setting. • Proficiency in compliance regulations and standards. • Experience developing a business plan and ROI. • Deep understanding of the health system accreditation process. • Strong process and quality improvement background. • Competence translating data and analytics into action plans. • Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. • Willingness to travel extensively, up to 75%. • Ability to excel in a high-energy, fast-paced environment. • Detail-oriented with analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment. • Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure. • Goal-oriented and committed to driving initiatives to resolution. • Interpersonal skills to persuade decision makers. • Desired: Doctorate of Nursing Practice, medical-device industry experience, dialysis or relevant medical-technology knowledge, advanced nursing certifications, and ACNO/CNO/VP of Patient Care Services/DON experience. • Preferred certifications include CNE, NEA-BC, CPHQ, CNL, CMSRN, and CCRN.
