📋 Description
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations. • Manage expectations to ensure partnership success. • Design and manage end-to-end service delivery plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. • Track service delivery progress against the plan. • Proactively identify and mitigate a minimum of 2 potential risks per quarter. • Provide regular, transparent performance updates to the client and internal stakeholders. • Communicate 100% of service plan changes or emergent issues in real-time.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Engineering or Business). • 5+ years in a client-facing delivery role, preferably within a B2B SaaS or deep-tech environment. • 3+ years managing project teams. • Proven ability to meet 95% of service delivery metrics and SLAs. • Demonstrated success in resolving high-stakes client escalations.
