📋 Description

• Orchestrate the monthly and semi-monthly book closing processes across multiple business locations. • Navigate the financial complexities managing depreciation, prepaids, and standard accrual adjustments. • Integrate Gusto, When I Work, and QuickBooks Online for precise payroll processing. • Provide rapid, transparent communication for actionable insights to U.S. leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• 4-5 years of experience in accrual-based accounting, multi-location financials, and complex revenue models. • Mastery of QuickBooks Online. • Hands-on experience with Zenoti, Bill.com, Gusto, and When I Work. • Flawless English communication skills. • Must possess a reliable "Bring Your Own Device" (BYOD) setup with high-speed internet and a distraction-free environment.
