📋 Description

• Design engaging graphics, infographics, presentations, social media assets, and digital marketing collateral • Edit short- and long-form videos for social media, YouTube, educational resources, webinars, fundraising campaigns, and awareness initiatives • Produce engaging reels, shorts, animations, motion graphics, and promotional videos • Create visual assets supporting National Pain Week, advocacy campaigns, fundraising initiatives, support services, and educational programs • Develop creative concepts, storyboards, and branded content aligned with organisational messaging • Manage content production workflows from concept through publishing • Ensure all creative assets remain consistent with brand guidelines and accessibility best practices • Leverage AI-powered creative tools to accelerate design, video production, caption generation, and content repurposing

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years' experience in graphic design, multimedia production, or digital content creation • Tertiary qualification, diploma, or degree in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field • Advanced Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent • Experience using Klaviyo for email marketing and digital campaign content • Strong Canva, CapCut, Figma or similar design experience • Experience editing content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube • Experience in Klaviyo • Strong understanding of social-first storytelling and visual communication • Excellent attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills • A test-and-learn mindset and strong cross-functional collaboration skills
