📋 Description

• Plan, launch, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns • Create and optimize Google Ads campaigns for traffic and conversions • Develop ad creatives, copy, targeting, and campaign structures • Monitor campaign performance and optimize for cost per acquisition and ROI • Build and manage marketing funnels to drive user acquisition • Create and execute email marketing campaigns and automated sequences • Segment audiences and optimize email performance (open rates, conversions) • Develop and edit short-form content (TikToks, Reels, Shorts) • Create UGC-style videos for use in ads and organic content • Post and schedule content across social media platforms • Repurpose content across platforms to maximize reach • Conduct A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and messaging • Track and analyze key performance metrics (CPA, CTR, ROAS, conversions) • Manage CRM and lead tracking systems • Collaborate on marketing strategy, campaigns, and growth initiatives • Stay up to date with trends, ad strategies, and platform updates • Assist with landing page and website optimization

🎯 Requirements

• Min 5 Years of Proven Experience in digital marketing or performance marketing • Experience running Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns • Strong understanding of paid media strategy and lead generation • Experience with email marketing platforms and automation • Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar) • Experience creating social media content (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and act on data • Strong written communication skills for ad copy and messaging • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
