📋 Description

• Perform various departmental and field assignments • Participate in field safety walks • Assist team members with assigned duties • Oversee the safety and health of personnel working on jobsites • Provide corrective action recommendations • Update records, files, and procedures as assigned • Participate in job-related activities as assigned • Perform other duties as assigned • Travel to project sites according to Gray’s travel policy • Work overtime when required

🎯 Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a 4 year degree in Occupational Safety and Health or other related field of study • Excellent verbal and written communication • Previous Safety internship experience is a plus • Knowledge of construction safety and OSHA requirements • Proficient computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, Microsoft Office software and e-mail • Energetic, self-motivated individual who enjoys a team environment and has a passion for collaboration and professional development • Travel required to project sites throughout the United States and, in some cases, outside the U.S. • Selected candidate can live anywhere in the USA • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship or work status authorization • Ability to meet physical demands, including frequently lifting/moving up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 100 lbs
