📋 Description

• Perform internal review of appraisal reports to ensure conformity of appraisal standards and assignment scope of work requirements and mitigate risk • Ensure quality of analysis via completeness, accuracy, adequacy, relevance, and reasonableness • Discuss appraisal methodology with the appraiser for an assignment, if requested • Mentor and serve as a resource to CIVAS appraisers, if needed • Handle initial and ongoing client communication and account management for individual portfolio assignments and milestones • Coordinate due diligence, inspection, and internal team member assignments • Create templates according to client-specific requirements • Create portfolio data tapes containing specific metrics from individual reports • Oversee review comments, process, and revisions • Promote and advocate Colliers’ brand in the local market through superior customer service

🎯 Requirements

• MAI Designation required • 8-10 years of related work experience • Bachelor’s degree plus completion of advanced appraisal review class curriculum (preferred) • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications • Team player mentality with excellent communication skills • Ability to deliver excellent client service across the organization and with external partner • Currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis • Employer will not sponsor applicants for work visas
