📋 Description

• Lead advanced spend analytics, predictive forecasting models, and opportunity assessments for Packaging and Resin categories • Identify strategic sourcing opportunities through analysis of spend patterns, supplier concentration, commodity trends, and market dynamics • Provide executive-level insights on savings delivery, margin improvement opportunities, and category performance • Monitor commodity market trends and economic drivers affecting resin and packaging materials • Develop short- and long-term market forecasts and scenario analyses • Present market intelligence to Procurement leadership and cross-functional stakeholders • Develop should-cost models, supplier economics analyses, and total cost of ownership assessments • Validate supplier cost structures and identify negotiation opportunities • Support sourcing initiatives and negotiations with quantitative analysis and fact-based recommendations • Partner with Category Managers to develop and execute global category strategies • Lead analytical workstreams for complex RFx events and strategic supplier evaluations • Evaluate sourcing scenarios, supply continuity risks, and business impacts • Lead supplier performance analytics and risk monitoring • Develop supplier performance scorecards and improvement recommendations • Assess supplier financial health, operational capabilities, capacity constraints, and geopolitical risks • Support business continuity planning and supplier risk mitigation • Mentor Procurement Analysts and serve as a technical resource • Lead analytical process improvement and standardization initiatives • Partner with Finance, Operations, Planning, Quality, R&D, and Business Leadership • Support executive presentations and strategic business reviews

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related discipline • 5–7 years of progressive procurement, strategic sourcing, commodity management, supply chain, or financial analysis experience • Experience independently leading complex analytical projects and influencing business decision-making • Experience supporting strategic sourcing initiatives, supplier negotiations, and category management activities • Expertise in spend analysis, cost modeling, commodity market analysis, and procurement performance reporting • Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency, including pivot modeling and Power Query • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle • Experience with e-procurement tools such as Coupa, Ariba, or Rosslyn • Proficiency with Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization and reporting tools • Experience with AI tools to leverage data and action plans • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment • Ability to adapt to changing situations, new information, and unexpected challenges • APICS or ISM certification, such as CPIM or CPSM, is a plus • Ability to travel up to 10% • Ability to support periodic alignment with global time zones
