• Serve as a trusted advisor to Customer Success & Support leadership, aligning People strategy with business priorities and helping leaders scale high-performing teams through periods of rapid growth and change. • Partner with leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, team structure, and operating models that improve efficiency, accountability, and business outcomes. • Partner with our Talent team to attract exceptional talent while developing retention and succession strategies that strengthen leadership bench strength and support long-term growth. • Coach managers and leaders through performance management, talent decisions, and employee relations matters, fostering a culture of high standards, continuous feedback, and accountability. • Champion initiatives that promote Owner’s values and drive positive workplace culture and employee engagement. Leverage employee feedback and organizational insights to continuously improve how we work. • Use data to identify trends, uncover opportunities, and influence decisions related to performance, retention, engagement, and organizational health. Translate insights into actionable recommendations for business leaders. • Ensure People practices comply with applicable employment laws and regulations across our global workforce, balancing compliance with a practical, business-first approach.
• Minimum of 5 + years of demonstrated experience in People Operations, with a focus on business partnership ideally within Customer Success & Support, preferably in a start-up environment and supporting a global workforce. • Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment with the agility and enthusiasm to adapt quickly, tackle diverse challenges, and contribute effectively to a high-energy team. • Proven Experience creating and implementing strategies that drive organizational effectiveness. • Strong Knowledge and understanding of local legislation as it relates the the U.S. and LATAM (Mexico & Colombia). Spanish speaking a big plus! • Expertise in organizational development, including a strong understanding of talent acquisition, employee engagement and performance management. • Excellent judgement and problem thinking skills. • Proficiency in HR tech stack (preferably Rippling HRIS & Lattice), with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with the ability to influence and empower team members at all levels.
