📋 Description

• Lead undergraduate recruitment and market development throughout the DMV region • Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to increase prospective student engagement, applications, admission, enrollment, and net tuition revenue • Build and maintain relationships with prospective students, families, high school counselors, community-based organizations, and alumni • Conduct school visits, college fairs, presentations, individual outreach, and other regional engagement activities • Manage prospective students and applicants throughout the enrollment process • Provide personalized admission counseling and review applications • Coordinate timely follow-up and strategies to encourage admitted students to enroll • Plan and execute regional recruitment and yield initiatives and events • Collaborate with Enrollment Communications and campus partners on recruitment strategies, campaigns, and regional messaging • Monitor recruitment performance and market trends • Maintain accurate student records in the University's CRM system • Evaluate application activity, enrollment conversion, priority-school engagement, and net tuition revenue to inform strategy

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution • One to three years of professional experience in college admission, student recruitment, or a related field • Strong interpersonal, written communication, public speaking, and relationship-building skills • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and develop effective recruitment strategies while collaborating with a remote team • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Ability to manage significant regional travel and a high-volume student caseload • Proficiency with CRM/database systems, Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, virtual meeting platforms, and related technology • Ability to work effectively with students, families, school counselors, alumni, colleagues, and external partners from a variety of backgrounds • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States • Employment sponsorship is not available • Frequent regional travel and occasional evening and weekend commitments required • Travel to Ohio Wesleyan University's campus in Delaware, Ohio, required
