📋 Description

• Oversee the Customer Support & Project Management team and support delivery of Oximio's global project management strategy • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, within agreed client scope, and to required quality standards • Monitor team communication metrics, intervene on delays, reallocate workload, and act as an escalation point for SLA violations • Train team members on SOPs, WIs, GxP, ISO standards, Oximio Quality policies, and related knowledge • Coach team members on personal development, career progress, and project-management soft skills • Assess workload, plan resources, recruit, evaluate performance, and support retention and team development • Define team objectives aligned with department and company strategy • Develop and implement project-management processes and procedures • Act as Country Champion for designated regions and provide local operational expertise • Ensure correct procedures, activities, and documentation across project stages • Align projects with contracts, quality standards, legislation, and the Oximio Quality system; manage scope, schedule, and cost changes • Develop project logistics designs, timelines, and budgets; monitor progress and identify issues • Communicate with stakeholders and team members • Manage project resources and operational readiness; collect customer needs and initiate cross-functional solutions • Facilitate meetings and provide stakeholder updates • Support investigations of non-conformities, complaints, and incidents and define corrective actions • Ensure regulatory compliance and correct project documentation • Back up the Head of Customer Support & Project Management when needed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in project management or a related field • Qualification or Certification in Clinical Trials or a pharmaceutical-related field • Qualification or Certification in Foreign Trade and/or Logistics • Several years of experience in project management, Clinical Trials, or Logistics • People management experience strongly required • Strong leadership and communication skills • Experience leading a team of project managers • Knowledge of project-management methodologies, tools, and techniques • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure • Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and team members • Proficiency in MS Office, WIMS, and Customer Experience software • Knowledge of SOPs, WIs, GxP, ISO standards, quality systems, and relevant regulations
