📋 Description

• Serve as a trusted advisor translating business frustrations into technical solutions • Guide clients from unusable data to effective, trusted data-driven work • Train and enable client teams without creating dependency • Build scalable semantic layers modeling business reality • Write DAX and Power Query • Own the full analytics stack from source through model, visual, and decision • Interrogate client data models using MCP servers and Claude • Turn discovery calls into working prototypes using the AI publishing layer • Build reusable skills and tools for recurring client problems • Validate AI-generated solutions and identify incorrect models or joins • Maintain direct client relationships and deliver hands-on consulting work

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced Power BI, DAX, and Power Query • Knowledge of context transition and ability to identify incorrect measures • Dimensional modeling that scales and ability to identify anti-patterns • Experience using AI in real client or production work • Ability to verify and test AI output and understand how it fails • Ability to translate executive frustration into technical and human solutions • Comfortable presenting to a C-suite or a front-line manager • US Citizenship or Green Card • Strong written and spoken English
