📋 Description

• Execute remote sensing wide-area data collection missions • Collect and analyze information while functioning as an aircrew member on a multi-position aircraft • Provide leadership, mentorship, career guidance, and management for assigned MSOs • Promote a strong safety culture • Conduct initial, recurrent, and mission qualification training • Perform MSO standardization evaluations, line checks, and proficiency assessments • Operate and maintain air surveillance and reconnaissance equipment and mission systems • Conduct real-time communication and distribution of multi-source information with aircrew and ground assets during all phases of flight • Operate ground-based communications systems and Small Secure Datalink radios • Participate in mission planning, execution, briefing, debriefing, communications, and safety activities • Communicate sensor and system capabilities and limitations • Collaborate with site operation managers, pilots, technical leads, and processing teams • Provide weekly sensor degradation logs and sensor health reports • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and collection equipment issues • Complete field logs and data transfer duties • Ensure safe and secure use of company and government equipment and instrumentation • Comply with governing regulations and established standard operating procedures • Perform other assigned or required duties

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with six (6)+ years of related experience; additional years' experience may be used in lieu of a degree • Two (2) or more years of experience supervising or leading teams and projects • Current FAA Class III Medical Certificate • US Citizen • Minimum age of 21 • Must read, write, speak and understand English • Valid passport and state driver’s license • Active DoD Secret clearance or higher • Ability to successfully meet all contractual/program training requirements • Knowledge of ISR collection tactics, techniques, and procedures and the targeting cycle • Ability to successfully pass background check • Ability to successfully pass pre-employment and active-employment drug screenings • Preferred: Active DoD Top Secret clearance or higher • Preferred: Prior experience as a U.S. Military SOF • Preferred: Experience with MX-15 and/or SAFIRE HD camera systems • Preferred: Recent operational ISR experience • Preferred: Airborne ISR MSO experience within the last five years
