📋 Description

• Execute remote sensing wide area data collection missions • Collect and analyze information while functioning safely and effectively as an aircrew member on a multi-position aircraft • Operate and maintain air surveillance and reconnaissance equipment • Conduct real-time communication and distribution of multi-source information with aircrew and ground assets during all phases of flight • Operate tactical data links, chat systems, BLoS SATCOM, ground-based communications systems, and SSDL radios • Participate in mission planning, execution, briefing, debriefing, communications, and safety activities • Apply proper tactical data collection procedures to ensure accuracy and quality • Understand and communicate sensor and system capabilities and limitations • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and collection equipment • Complete field logs and data transfer duties • Ensure safe and secure use of company and government equipment and instrumentation • Comply with governing regulations and established standard operating procedures • Perform other assigned or required duties

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with four (4)+ years of related experience; additional years' experience may be used in lieu of a degree • Current FAA Class III Medical Certificate • US Citizen • Minimum age of 21 • Must read, write, speak and understand English • Valid passport and state driver’s license • Active DoD Secret clearance, or higher • Ability to successfully meet all contractual/program training requirements • Knowledge of ISR collection tactics, techniques, and procedures and the targeting cycle • Ability to successfully pass background check • Ability to successfully pass pre-employment and active-employment drug screenings • Experience operating and maintaining air surveillance and reconnaissance equipment, including COMMINT, ELINT, SAR/GMTI, and SIGINT collection systems • Experience with at least one mission software suite, such as Orion, Claw, Weaver, Harbinger, Prospector, or AIMS-HD • Preferred: Active DoD Top Secret clearance or higher • Preferred: Prior experience as a U.S. Military SOF • Preferred: Experience with MX-15 and/or SAFIRE HD camera systems • Preferred: Recent operational ISR experience • Preferred: Airborne ISR MSO experience within the last five (5) years

• Standard deployment rotations are 2–3 months • Training and deployment rotation work is paid; other times are generally leave without pay (LWOP), unless authorized by Management • Relocation is not required • Training conducted in Titusville, Florida
