• Build and run multi-channel expansion campaigns. • Design and implement the full customer marketing stack from zero. • Use AI tools to mine customer signals. • Build and manage Pactum's customer reference programme. • Own customer-facing content: case studies, ROI calculators, CPO-level business reviews, customer newsletters, and expansion collateral. • Work directly with Account Management, Customer Success, Sales, and Product. • Systematically capture and distribute customer insights across the business.
• 4+ years in B2B SaaS customer marketing, lifecycle marketing, or a closely adjacent GTM function. • Proven track record building customer advocacy or expansion programmes from scratch at a startup or early-stage scaleup. • Strong content and narrative instincts. • Hands-on with marketing automation and CRM: HubSpot or Marketo, Salesforce proficiency. • Experience with customer health and feedback tooling: NPS, CES, or similar. • Bonus points if you have: • Experience with Gong or similar conversation intelligence platforms for customer signal mining. • Familiarity with customer health and advocacy tools such as Gainsight, Vitally, or Influitive. • Background in enterprise or deep-tech B2B SaaS, ideally with a procurement, supply chain, or finance buyer. • Experience running customer advisory boards or community programmes. • Signal-based expansion plays using AI-enrichment tools.
