📋 Description

• Own positioning and messaging by developing differentiated positioning for key product areas • Drive go-to-market strategy from discovery to launch and post-launch measurement • Create high-impact sales enablement materials for the commercial team • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand buyer motivations • Contribute to Paddle's broader category positioning and thought leadership strategy • Measure the commercial impact of GTM initiatives using data-driven insights • Mentor and guide junior Product Marketing Managers

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in B2B SaaS product marketing, ideally in payments, fintech, or developer/platform tooling • Masterful storyteller capable of distilling complex technical concepts • Commercially sharp with a proven track record of tying GTM strategy to measurable outcomes • Confident cross-functional operator who can align and influence teams • Highly autonomous with structured project management skills • Experienced in running customer research and using insights to inform strategy • Data-fluent and analytically rigorous
