• Manage the full accounts receivable (A/R) function, ensuring timely receipt of funds and accuracy of records. • Process payments from members and external sources (checks, ACH, credit cards) across multiple systems. • Prepare all cash receipts and maintain the Finance Team’s Master Check/ACH log. • Prepare journal entries for all revenue streams and services. • Reconcile weekly cash receipts and perform monthly revenue reconciliations between multiple systems. • Send invoices to members and clients, support inquiries regarding billing, and assist with purchase orders and remittance documentation. • Evaluate past due accounts, conduct outreach, and ensure timely collections. • Assist with month-end close procedures and create journal entries as needed. • Review Salesforce reports for accuracy and ensure proper reconciliation of data. • Support the completion of ACH and vendor setup forms, provides W-9s, and manage vendor relationships for payment processing.
• 3 years of experience in accounts receivable, bookkeeping, or general accounting. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with accounting software and financial systems. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including with non-financial audiences. • Experience handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
