📋 Description

• Scout and recruit high-potential affiliates across TikTok, Instagram, Trybe, and other creator platforms. • Identify creators whose content style and audience fit Calming Co., then conduct personalized cold outreach. • Track outreach and conversion to maintain a steady affiliate talent pipeline. • Onboard new affiliates on brand guidelines, product talking points, and program expectations. • Create and maintain training resources, including example videos, how-to guides, and do's-and-don'ts. • Train and coach affiliates on TikTok and Meta, including hooks, scripting, product demonstrations, storytelling, and calls to action. • Provide actionable feedback on draft and posted content. • Engage the affiliate community through creator channels including Discord. • Share weekly content angles, spotlight winning videos, answer questions, and host coaching sessions or office hours. • Assist the Director of Influencers with creative briefs, affiliate briefs, and content angles. • Maintain creator tracking, deliverables, sample shipments, and content libraries in Monday.com. • Ensure content complies with FTC Endorsement Guides, FDA dietary supplement marketing rules, and platform policies. • Flag non-compliant content and coach creators on corrections. • Track creator, content-angle, and video performance to identify sales drivers and share insights with the team.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on familiarity with TikTok Shop and the TikTok affiliate ecosystem; experience creating short-form content yourself is required. • 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate/creator programs, UGC, or social content within a DTC or CPG environment is preferred. • A sharp eye for what makes short-form content perform, and the ability to explain it clearly to creators. • Working knowledge of FTC endorsement disclosure requirements; experience with supplement, wellness, or other regulated-claims categories is a plus. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; friendly, encouraging, and direct when giving feedback. • Experience with Monday.com or similar project management tools and affiliate platforms such as Trybe. • Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage many creators and tasks at once in a remote environment. • Ability to work US Pacific Time business hours.
