📋 Description

• Bring new companies worth diligence to Pairs, particularly companies raising Series A and later • Grow the network of family offices, high-net-worth individuals, and angel investors • Build new founder and investor relationships every month • Match relevant opportunities to investor preferences • Keep founder and investor relationships current and qualified • Work directly with the two co-founders and investor team • Judge which opportunities deserve the network's attention • Follow the platform-supported pipeline, research, and follow-up process

🎯 Requirements

• Active network of founders who can be brought to Pairs independently • Direct investor relationships built personally • Experience bringing at least one company or investor into a private round • Ability to explain how a company or investor was brought into a private round • Understanding of company stage, traction, round structure, and reasons investors pass • Discretion with investor and company information • Daily use of AI tools with sound judgment about appropriate use • Must not include investor or company names in the application
