📋 Description

• Ensure donations are processed in the CRM daily • Process ACH and DAF gifts into the CRM • Process daily online transaction disbursements from Luminate Online to the CRM • Import gifts into the CRM from online and offline sources, including CDS Global, FundraiseUp, and Benevity • Adjust gift coding, including soft credits, tributes, and memorials • Reconcile cash disbursements with revenue across fundraising disbursement platforms • Monitor FundraiseUp, Blackbaud Merchant Services, PayPal, and other fundraising disbursement platforms • Support Community, Building & Growth team fundraising goals • Ensure CRM gift coding meets organizational reporting needs and follows data hygiene best practices • Provide channel-level reporting for monthly, annual, and long-range goals • Provide donor materials for proposals and agreements • Ensure matching gifts and tributes are accurately reflected in the CRM • Assist the Finance team with month-end close • Perform revenue reconciliation, CRM and ERP reconciliation, and net contribution reporting • Support special projects • Collaborate with Business Operations, Community, Building & Growth, and Program Management teams to implement new tools, AI capabilities, reporting, insights, and analysis • Identify and recommend revenue management operational efficiencies and implement approved changes • Develop and maintain written standard operating procedures for gift and revenue management processes • Perform other duties and projects as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) from a 4-year accredited university preferably in Finance, Data Systems, Accounting or Business, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, training and experience • Preferred years of experience are 3+ years of relevant work experience including 2+ years in the non-profit space • Prior Salesforce, Luminate Online or similar non-profit system experience strongly preferred • Experience efficiently and accurately processing a high volume of offline and online gifts each day (over 5,000 gifts per month) • Experience improving integration and import processes of donor data into a CRM • Experience with revenue reconciliation and month-end close • Intermediate Microsoft Excel and Power BI skills • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills • Ability to multitask and prioritize activities and schedules to meet tight deadlines • Strong attention to detail • Strong collaboration skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Excellent customer service skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment • Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple, competing tasks and seek management assistance as appropriate
