📋 Description

• Partner with Product Managers to execute portfolio strategies driving revenue growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction • Manage product lifecycle activities, including launches, portfolio optimization, product enhancements, and end-of-life planning • Analyze sales, profitability, pricing, inventory, and market trends • Identify SKU rationalization, product mix, and margin improvement opportunities • Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, distributors, and contract manufacturing partners • Support pricing, forecasting, distributor programs, inventory planning, and business analysis • Evaluate customer feedback, industry trends, and competitive activity • Support new product introductions and commercialization

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field; or equivalent relevant experience • 2-5 years of experience in Product Management or a related business, engineering, or analytical role • Experience supporting products throughout the product lifecycle, including portfolio management, product launches, commercialization, or new product introduction activities • Experience analyzing product performance, profitability, pricing, forecasting, or market data • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional environments and manage multiple stakeholders • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills • Experience in manufacturing, connectivity, networking, cabling, infrastructure, or related industries preferred • Experience with SKU management, distributor relationships, contract manufacturing, or product development processes preferred • Up to 10% travel for customer visits, industry events, and facility visits • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis • Panduit will not sponsor applicants for work visas now or in the future
