📋 Description

• Report to the VP of Commercial Business • Develop and execute strategic account engagement and sales plans across large biopharma accounts • Meet and exceed revenue targets • Build and maintain relationships with executives, decision-makers, and key stakeholders across healthcare and pharmaceutical verticals • Develop and maintain strategic account plans for assigned top-20 pharma accounts • Understand and articulate organizational dynamics, opportunities, threats, and action plans for assigned accounts • Understand and demonstrate Paradigm Health’s technology products and services across protocol optimization, site feasibility and selection, patient screening and recruitment, and trial data capture • Discover customer needs and deliver tailored solutions • Research industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential clients to identify new business opportunities • Collaborate with commercial, marketing, product, and customer success teams • Maintain accurate CRM records of sales activities, forecasts, customer interactions, leads, prospects, and opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Only candidates with experience selling to life sciences clinical research (oncology) organizations will be considered • 7+ years of sales experience in the health tech, biotech, or pharmaceutical industries • Established relationships with key players in healthcare and life sciences • Deep understanding of organizational dynamics in large biopharma • Ability to develop stakeholder maps and engagement strategies • Demonstrated experience using a formal enterprise sales methodology, such as MEDDIC/MEDDPICC or Challenger • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and driving revenue growth • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills • Ability to influence and engage diverse audiences, including senior leaders • Understanding of clinical trials, data analytics, and AI applications in healthcare • Results-oriented self-starter able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment • Legally authorized to work in the United States
