📋 Description
• Analyze claim documents • Prepare detailed responses to written inquiries of claimants and counsel • Field telephone inquiries from claimants and counsel • Receive training, direction and oversight from project team members • Practice exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients
🎯 Requirements
• JD from an accredited U.S. law school • Active license in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction (preferred) • Litigation experience preferred • Class action and/or mass tort experience a plus • Professionalism, responsiveness and high attention to detail
