📋 Description

• Customer service is a crucial part of this role as a large portion of time will be spent communicating with customers or clients via phone and email. • Reporting on project status and issue resolution. • Analyzes accounts and data for accuracy.

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and operational procedures. • Excellent computer skills with at least intermediate Excel skills required. • Excellent written & verbal communication skills. • Professional demeanor and ability to interact with internal and external individuals. • Reporting on project status and issue resolution to Team managers as well as project managers and clients as applicable. • Highly organized, have a great attention to detail, be self-motivated, possess the ability to meet deadlines and works well in a high pressure environment. • Must pass basic credit and background check before starting.
