📋 Description
• Design experiments and analyses that expand access to capital while keeping the portfolio healthy • Study the full merchant lifecycle — first offer, repayment, repeat capital • Build models and tooling that forecast portfolio performance • Measure the impact of servicing efforts on merchant outcomes • Build data pipelines, automated systems, and internal tools for company operations
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science (or related fields) • Statistical Reasoning • Business Acumen • Engineering Mindset • Leadership and Collaboration • Focused Execution • AI Tool Fluency • Management experience, a plus!
