📋 Description

• Own the account end to end: relationship, technical guidance, commercial, escalations, expansion, and renewal. • Be the single point of contact for every inbound and outbound communication with the customer. • Guide the customer's technical approach to integration, simulation usage, and replica adoption. • Program manage 5 to 8 concurrent workstreams across PD and customer teams. • Build and maintain a deep org map across the customer's corporate family. • Run the customer cadence. • Drive multi-year account planning and expansion. • Coordinate internal PD resources so the customer sees one face and gets one answer. • Partner with our executive sponsors on the most senior customer relationships.

🎯 Requirements

• An engineering background. BS or MS in computer science, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, robotics, or a related field. • 8+ years of experience, with meaningful time owning complex enterprise technical accounts. • Technical fluency in simulation, perception, sensor systems, ADAS tooling, ML infrastructure, or autonomous systems. • Track record of managing multi-million dollar enterprise relationships at the depth this role requires. • Deep understanding of how large, matrixed organizations make decisions. • Program management instinct. • Strong commercial judgment. • Calm under pressure. • Fully remote. Must be willing to travel internationally, including Japan.
