📋 Description

• Provide legally compliant, specially designed instruction and compensatory education services when indicated to students with active IEPs • Develop and execute data-driven, individualized lesson plans • Deliver instruction in reading and literacy development • Provide foundational math skills and intervention • Teach executive functioning and organizational strategies • Support functional and adaptive life skills • Create, manage, and monitor student IEPs, including case management • Collaborate with students' IEP teams to coordinate service schedules and tailor instruction • Administer screenings, conduct progress monitoring, and complete formal outcomes assessments • Partner with general education teachers and contribute to a supportive school culture

🎯 Requirements

• Active Special Education teaching license/certification in the state of Colorado • School-based experience providing specially designed instruction • Experience working effectively with diverse student populations • Exceptional collaborative communication skills for engaging with IEP teams, including teachers, parents, and students • Proficiency in conducting virtual services using meeting platforms • Strong command of instructional technology • Dedicated, private workspace • Secure, high-speed internet connection • Reliable computer and webcam • Availability Monday-Friday during 8:00am-4:00pm traditional school hours • Minimum availability of 37.5 hours/week
