📋 Description

• Provide legally compliant, specially designed instruction and compensatory education services when indicated • Deliver virtual instruction to K-12 students with active IEPs • Develop and execute data-driven, individualized lesson plans • Target reading and literacy, foundational math, executive functioning, organizational strategies, and functional/adaptive life skills • Create, manage, and monitor student IEPs, including case management • Collaborate with IEP teams to coordinate schedules and tailor instruction • Administer screenings, conduct progress monitoring, and complete formal outcomes assessments • Provide instruction in resource/inclusion settings and self-contained classrooms

🎯 Requirements

• Active Special Education teaching license/certification • School-based experience providing specially designed instruction • Experience working effectively with diverse student populations • Collaborative communication skills for engaging with IEP teams, teachers, parents, and students • Proficiency providing virtual services using meeting platforms • Strong command of instructional technology • Dedicated, private workspace • Secure, high-speed internet connection • Reliable computer and webcam • Availability Monday-Friday during traditional school hours, 8:00am-4:00pm • Minimum availability of 10 hours per week
