📋 Description

• Coordinate daily vehicle transportation and delivery activities • Schedule and monitor vehicle shipments and transfers • Communicate with transport carriers, recovery agents, auctions, clients, and internal departments • Maintain transportation records and documentation • Resolve transportation-related issues and support operational efficiency • Provide timely updates on vehicle status and transportation milestones

🎯 Requirements

• Prior experience in at least one of: Vehicle repossession, Asset recovery, Vehicle transportation, Automotive logistics, Vehicle remarketing, or Auto auctions (Copart, IAA, Manheim, etc.) • Strong organizational and communication skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced remote environment • Reliable internet connection and dedicated home workspace • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities • Must be based in the United States
